after earning her Bachelor of Science from Pacific University and her
Doctor of Optometry from the Pacific University College of Optometry in
Forest Grove, Oregon. She provides primary eye care services within the

with “hard-to-fit” patients! Dr. Culbertson is a member of the American
Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association Section on

Nebraska Optometric Society and participates in the See to Learn
Program. Dr. Culbertson enjoys spending her time out of the office with
her family – husband, Mark, and daughters, Gloria and Grace.
RaeDee, paraoptometric and office manager, has
18 years of experience in
the optometric field. She has worked with Dr. Lodl for 13 years very
efficiently handling the difficulties of coordinating schedules of both
staff and patients. She keeps our office running smoothly and patient
waiting time to a minimum. She is equally skilled at pre-testing
patients prior to them seeing Dr. Lodl for their examination. While
vision claims and health claims for eyes are very confusing for many of
our patients, RaeDee is also well versed in helping patients determine
their insurance benefits. Call her with questions about your specific
plan. In her free time, RaeDee enjoys spending time with her husband
Donny, and her three boys Ryan, Eric, and Dillon.
Noreen, optometric assistant, brings
23 years
of experience with her. She
has been working with Dr. Lodl and Dr. Culbertson for 16 years. Her knowledge and patience
are assets when teaching new contact lens wearers how to insert and
remove contact lenses as well as how to care for them properly. Noreen
enjoys working with patients and finds it rewarding to see a child smile
when they pick up their new glasses. She will teach spectacle patients
how to care for their glasses and adjust your frames for good optics and
a comfortable fit. In her free time, Noreen enjoys fencing, archery,
travel and art.
Erica,
optometric assistant, has 3 years of experience in the optometric
field. She has been working with Dr. Lodl and Dr. Culbertson for the
past 3 years. Erica is a Graduate student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha
where she is majoring in Speech-Language Pathology. In
her free time, Erica enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with
her family and friends.
Dawn,
paraoptometric and insurance claim manager, brings a lifetime of
organizational skills with her. She tracks down overdue insurance
claims, and gets denied claims reviewed and reprocessed for our
patients. She isn’t satisfied until a claim is resolved. Dawn’s
attention to detail is a perfect match for entering inventory and
maintaining the office equipment. In her free time, Dawn enjoys
traveling, cooking and reading.
